Adobe Configurator

If you have photoshop CS4 and use any tools that don't have keyboard shortcuts, this program will make your workflow MUCH faster!

Just download from http://labs.adobe.com/technologies/configurator/

Create a new file panel using all of the buttons you would like, save, then import into photoshop. I now have a custom panel featuring lab, shadows/highlights, RGB, and many more that sits below my layers panel.
