LumiQuest Photo Competition!!! Win free gear!

LumiQuest is now having a monthly photo contest for images posted in their Flickr group.   The images must be taken using any LumiQuest product.  You may enter as many photos as you would like in the Flickr Group.  The first winner is to be selected on Feb. 1st. Each monthly winner will be able to select two of the products below:

General Rules and Photo Contest Rules

I.             General Rules for Submitting Images

By submitting your photo/image(s) on the LumiQuest Flickr Group (“LFG”), you certify that you have full right and authority to grant the rights and permissions following herein, including but not limited to:

• Having written authorization from all persons appearing in your photo/image(s).
• All such persons appearing in your photo/image(s) are over the age of 13 years of age
• You agree that LumiQuest, Inc and its assigns shall have, without further obligation to you, the royalty free, fully paid up, worldwide, non-exclusive right and permission, to copy, publicly display, publicly perform and use on the “LFG” website located at www.lumiquestflickrgroup.com  in any internet and/or electronic media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the World Wide Web, at any time or times, your submitted photo/image(s), (subject to the availability of your photo/image(s) in the “LFG”, your Flickr username, and titles to the photo/image(s) (if any) through December 31, 2010, unless prohibited by law.

II.          Rules for the “LFG” Photo Contest

A.     Insert  the above general rules

B.     Image/photo submitted must be of interesting and tasteful subject matter.

C.     With your submission, tell us the LumiQuest product(s) you used.

D.     Image/photo must be un-retouched with the exception of aspects NOT related to light quality.

E.     Submissions will be judged by the technical staff of LumiQuest.

F.      Judging and selection of winner will take place on the first of each month beginning February 1, 2010.

G.     Winner(s) will be notified by e-mail.

H.     Winner(s) will have their choice of 2 of 6 LumiQuest products.  The selection of product can and will change at the discretion of LumiQuest.

I.       Contest is open to both the professional and amateur photographers.

J.       Winning images will be posted on the LumiQuest Flickr website.

K.     The decision of the Judges is final.
