Local Newspaper Coverage

One of the most important things a photographer can do, is to market their name.  By doing this you create a sort of "brand" around your name, and people begin taking you as a much more professional/elite photographer.

With the cover and article in Photoshop User, I decided that now is the perfect time to contact a local newspaper and have them run an article about my recent career achievements.  If you have something big you plan on doing as a photographer, or a big accomplishment then I highly recommend getting your name out to a local newspaper.  It plant's the seed in potential clients minds and will help you land more clients when you market yourself.  Name recognition is HUGE!
