Shoot Journal: Basketball Dunk

Looking through my current portfolio, and thanks to my friend Daniel Milchev, I've realized that I need to expand my realm of shooting.  The idea is to capture more mainstream sports and work those into a more full portfolio.  I'm also trying to achieve a more "commercial" look to my work.  Sure, I've got a ton of great skiing and biking shots that are very artistic.  But I would also like to be shooting exciting portraits and sports action from other sports.  So the other night I headed out and shot some basketball images with a friend.

Luckily for me, my friend has some serious talent and can actually dunk!  Exactly what I was hoping to capture!
